For over two decades, the Pokuase Youth Association (POYAS) has been a beacon of youth-driven change, fostering unity, cultural pride, and sustainable development. What began in 2004 as the Unity Week Celebration has grown into a movement that empowers young people through leadership, skills training, health initiatives, environmental sustainability, and digital transformation.

To empower young people in Pokuase and surrounding communities through education, skills development, cultural engagement, and leadership opportunities — creating pathways for personal growth, economic independence, and community transformation.
