All leaders of recognized youth groups are hereby informed to select two representatives to serve as official contact persons for their respective organizations under POYAS.
Requirements for selected representatives:
1. Must be a mandated leader holding an official position in your organization.
2. Must have an active smartphone and be digitally literate.
3. Must be able to represent your organization at every meeting, either in-person or virtually.
4. Each group must provide one primary contact and one secondary contact.

A confirmation email will be sent to the listed representatives containing a WhatsApp group link, which you will be required to join.
This process also serves as the official registration of your organization under POYAS.
